What does an Exercise Physiologist do?

An Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is an allied health professional specialising in the treatment of chronic diseases through exercise. AEPs are the most qualified health professional to prescribe exercise for people with chronic disease. An AEP will also assess and help you manage chronic injuries.

Why see an Exercise Physiologist?

Under the care of an Exercise Physiologist you will receive specialist treatment for your conditions through the use of therapeutic exercise. We will work with you to develop a plan of action and help get you where you want to be.
