Group Classes and Community Programs
Embrace run a number of community health and exercise programs throughout the Far North Coast. These include programs for the cancer council, nursing homes, local councils, work place health, school activity programs and community groups. If you would like to discuss what programs that can be offered for your organisations please contact us.
Embrace offers Diabetes and Chronic Disease Management groups. This is offered throughout the week at our various locations. This service is offered to patients following individual treatment. Please contact us for further information
