This program is suited to the older adult wanting to maintain independence and ability to live in their own home. This program focuses on improving the individual’s balance, strength and endurance to be able to complete daily tasks required to live at home. One of our practitioners will travel to you and provide support to help you stay in your home. Embrace offer services under Home Care Package.
